Grapes are hand selected – primarily from low yielding, old bush vines (planted in 1974) and harvested at full maturity.

This Chenin Blanc really is the pinnacle of what we consider to be one of the finest expressions of this varietal – this is an icon Chenin.

It is rich, layered with dried apricot, vanilla and honey. It will only gain additional complexity with cellaring.
