Boerewors
Boerewors is a type of sausage that originated in South Africa, is an important part of South African cuisine and is popular across Southern Africa.
The name is derived from the Afrikaans words boer ("farmer") and wors ("sausage"). Boerewors contains 20% beef and 70% pork with about 10% fat from lean pork with salt, pepper, nutmeg and combined with other South African spices mix that we import ourselves.
Boerewors is made best on the grill, frying pan and BBQ.
