Shannon Vineyards is a boutique wine estate located in cold climate Elgin Valley, southeast of Cape Town, with an enviable reputation as one of South Africa’s finest fruit (especially grape) producers. This blend (70% oaked Semillon with Sauvignon Blanc) has quite an intense palate, fresh  acidity, creamy mouthfeel and citrus, ginger and herby flavours with hint of oak.
